WHAT IS THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS?
STEP 1: Select the product you wish to purchase from our online shop
STEP 2: Select your cake flavour, then select your cake size (serving sizes are provided in the product description field).
STEP 3: Enter the day and time you would like to collect your Cake (please be sure to adhere to the minimum notice periods for each product and our hours of availability which can be found here on FAQs page)
STEP 4: Enter the buttercream flavour you would like and any design requirements such as, colour scheme. (Be specific about your requirements as this is the information we will use to design your cake. If nothing specific is listed your cake will look very similar to the original product image)
STEP 5: Add Product to cart and select "View cart"(you will be given one last opportunity to add comments to your order via the "notes" section).
STEP 6: Select "Checkout" and add in your details
STEP 7: Choose either pick up or delivery (Delivery fees apply)
STEP 8: Select your preferred payment method - Credit/Debit card, Afterpay, Paypal
STEP 9: Review all details and submit your order. From here you will receive an automated confirmation of your order, this means we have received your booking and everything is finalised. There will be no further communication after this point (unless you need to contact us, which you can at any point via the contact details on your invoice).
STEP 10: Arrive at your booking time to receive your cake (Arriving outside of your booking time may mean no one is home to hand over your order due to scheduled deliveries or other obligations)

HOW TALL ARE YOUR CAKES?
HALF HEIGHT CAKES
Each layer of cake is generally around 1.5 inches in height and a half height cake has 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of buttercream in the middle. The finished cake is around 3.5 - 4.5 inches in height
TALL CAKES
Each layer of cake is generally around 1.5 inches in height and our tall cakes have 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of buttercream. The finished cake is around 7 - 8 inches in height

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST MINUTE ORDERS?
We often have the ability to accommodate last minute orders. Please get in touch with us via our "Contact Form" or via Instagram direct message and we can let you know our availability
All Collection times are by appointment only, no walk ins.

Saturday 8:30am-11am
Sunday 8:30am-9:30am

Please note, Sunday collection times are strictly from 8:30am-9:30am. We are also closed all of Monday

CAKE SERVING/PRICING GUIDE
DESSERT PORTIONS OR COFFEE PORTIONS?
A dessert serve is 1"x2" (2.5cmx5cm)
A coffee serve is 1"x1" (2.5cmx2.5xm)
If you will be serving other desserts we would recommend a coffee size portion for your guests. If the cake will be the only dessert we would recommend a dessert size portion
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
We recommend giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. In saying that, our minimum order requirements are included for each individual product in our online shop
DO YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGEN FRIENDLY CAKES?
Our chocolate cake is free of egg and dairy (vegan). In saying that all of our products are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens are also prepared. If you or someone you know has a known allergy or even a small intolerance please ensure you make us aware so that we can do our best to ensure cross contamination is minimised
CAN WE ORDER A CAKE TOPPER THROUGH YOU?
Yes! We can certainly order a cake topper on your behalf. we'll need to know whether you're wanting a generic cake topper or a custom cake topper. Please ensure you give us enough notice to order the topper and receive it via post. Late notice may mean you'll incur an extra shipping charge from the supplier. Payment for cake toppers can be made to us via direct deposit into our business bank account (this can be done after you've placed your online order)

*These are starting prices and should be used as a guide only. Many things can affect the final price such as flowers, cake toppers, macarons, chocolates, fruits, timely/intricate details etc. Please contact us via our contact form to discuss your specific requirements

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes we can deliver! For an additional charge we can deliver your goods directly to you, this depends largely on our availability so we suggest getting in early. Delivery costs will be determined based on your location
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event you need to postpone we are happy to do so with a minimum 1 weeks notice. If you wish to cancel your order and retain a credit for future purchases we will require a minimum 1 weeks notice. If you're wanting to cancel and get a refund altogether we will require a minimum of 2 weeks notice and will retain 20% of the order total - if cancelling within the week of your event we will retain 50% of the order total. Please note we are happy to accommodate postponements if necessary and applying a credit to your account for future purchases is our preferred method.
